UKW has been pushing Moneytree for a few weeks now and their girls are converting at c. 1/50 from the www.xcamsex.com toplist and sites like www.free-webcam-sex.co.uk Use their custom iframe ads and see for yourself. Cam Club by Webcamcash is another new and profitable site for UKW. Again, non-nude free views upsell for you and payouts up to $200 per sign up are there to be taken. Guys who register can enter 'Keyhole Chat' which is free keyhole camming as well as Voyeur Mode, Nude Chat and Private Chat. With hundreds of promotional tools available it's easy to earn from Cam Club, use the 'Thumb Spinner' anywhere on your site/s and their 'Drop-In Iframe Model List' as left-hand side content (topmargin="0", leftmargin="0") a la www.freelivevideochat.co.uk and you will get conversions. |
|
If you own an Adult Webcam site, please add it to UKW's XcamseX toplist! It will bring you quality traffic and money too! A small number of unobtrusive 468 x 60 consoles pop onload, but this does not compromise traffic integrity nor does it deter surfers from using the site as their preferred Adult Webcam portal in the longer term. |

Live videoChat is the fastest growing area of online Adult entertainment. It puts customers in contact with real guys and girls who provide fully interactive entertainment. The customers get exactly what they want! The service is very addictive for many customers, and it generates exceptionally high revenues as a result. With customers spending up to $3.95 per minute to talk with the chathosts, they can spend more in ten minutes on a live videoChat session than they would usually spend on a gallery membership in 1 month. Most of all, customers build relationships with the chathosts and they keep coming back for more! |

Dogging brings exhibitionism, swinging and voyeurism together in one dirty little niche. It has evolved over the years into many different scenarios, but at the heart of the matter we have one or more females in a public place who invite selected voyeurs to engage in sexual acts with them. This kind of meeting is always planned, typically online but not exclusively. Of course, the vast majority of voyeurs are men and the exhibitionists are always women who just can't get enough sexual attention. They invite other males (but not all) to participate using a variety of signals known to everyone present, in order to maintain control. Genuine U.K. dogging content is rare and 'Dogging Uncovered' content is the very best. If you have U.K. traffic, it's a done deal!
Netpondcash have a terrific portfolio and pay out $30 per sign up. If you need sound advice on how best to market 'Dogging Uncovered', head over to Netpond for answers to all your canine questions. |

Here's the erstwhile interview with Dave of Sterling Cash - top bloke (top Yorkshire bloke) - + some interesting comments in the mix so read up and head over to their site. Big tits, big BRITISH tits is where it's at because we all know that home grown hoes with big tits = big money and if truth be told, colleagues of UKW earn well from the tits @ Sterling, so here it is:
How did Sterling Cash come about? What were you all doing beforehand, Adult biz or other biz?
We set up in January 2005. Aaron and I joined forces as we were both looking to get into the Adult biz fulltime, and we figured 2 heads are better than one. We had both been dabbling in the Adult biz before we met - I had a couple of paysites I was doing part time, and Aaron’s lifelong dream has always been to be a porn baron!
Who does what and where did you hone your skills? (Art, Photography, Marketing, Management etc.)
I have a background in multimedia design and production and Aaron has worked in web design and business management. We tend to share tasks fairly equally. Aaron tends to concentrate on marketing and I like to tackle the backend aspects of site management. We both shoot and edit all our own content.
I think you guys are in Bradford. What is the Adult biz like in West Yorkshire, alot of networking to be had in the local area or do you need to head South to make connections?
Aaron and the rest of the team are in Bradford, i’m in Sheffield. We have a few local contacts but we tend to have to go to Webmaster meets further afield for any serious networking.
Your models are very attractive, do you recruit locally?
We always try to recruit local models, especially for solo girl sites. The logistics are just easier that way, plus we like to fly the flag for real Yorkshire girls!
Which of your sites performs best? Are the majority of your referring Webmasters from the UK?
In Bed With Faith has been our biggest success to date. We do have a fair few UK webmasters on our books, but we have many others dotted all over the world. We haven’t really made much of a fuss about our Britishness as yet.
In what area do most of your Webmasters make sales?
We tend to do well at converting big boob niche traffic on In Bed With Faith although it’s actually not our best converting site. Our smoking fetish site and the other solo girl sites all convert well, but it’s a secret so don’t tell anyone ;) Faith Exposed does ok ;)
What do you think appeals most to Webmasters who sign up to promote your sites?
They come for Faith, and stay for the others. We aren’t a huge program so we can always afford the time to give our affiliates that personal touch. We have a dedicated team member, the lovely Heidi, who takes care of most Webmasters' needs and myself and Aaron can always spare time to talk.
What is in the pipeline for Sterling Cash this Fall and beyond?
We’ve just launched a site which we hope will be remembered fondly among Webmasters - One Stop Porno Shop - it’s a multi-niche multi-girl paysite which we'll roll out in several stages, with more and more features appearing over time. Stage one is ready to go and will include heaps of content plus a members-only Webcam chat system which will feature a different girl each day. We will be adding a VOD section and loads more in the coming months.
As of this afternoon Adultcashuk cease to exist.
A recent messsage on their site about moving to new premises looked ominous and today's news reads as follows:
'AdultCashUK.com is Closing. We're sad to announce that AdultCashUK.com is closing it's doors, due to the death of the UK dialer industry and us moving on to alternative projects. We will be bringing all outstanding accounts up to date and will payout Junes revenues. We'd like to thank all our affiliates for their support over the years and we wish them the best in the future. The AdultCashUK Team support@adultcashuk.com'
Sad indeed. ACUK dialer income died some time ago. UKW would like to take this opportunity to thank the ACUK staff for GB Sex Contacts which converted beautifully in it's heyday and for paying on time without any cause for concern.
Camcontacts sales are crawling ever onwards and upwards from www.free-webcam-girls.co.uk but I would earn twice as much if Camsense paid the standard industry rate instead of continuing to disrespect their Webmasters by paying us a pittance for sending them converting traffic.
Beer and Bollocks, Netpond. Poles apart, invariably populated by two opposing teams bar the small number of deviants who cross post, home to wanton aggravators who drag their miserable lives across the boards, particularly BAB's board which has been bait for the rest of us to humour our working day for too long now. Netpond is the place to do business so a return to the fray is imminent. On a lighter note, serial cross poster Maxdaforce has a cool AWM blog that's moving along very nicely indeed, you can read his musings at www.maxdaforce.com
Dvtimes is the Clown X behind cult sites UK Sweet, L33ds, Sneezwort and so much more. He shoots his own content, stars in some of his own scary movies and his reputation on the AWM boards is legend. Dvtimes drives the most offensive looking motor in West Yorkshire, he owns a dog, a kayak and a vast quantity of porn making equipment.
Dvtimes leads a colourful life |
It is rumoured that a sink estate in Leeds is home to this man's boundless debauchery, but UKW cannot confirm his whereabouts at time of writing. If you have British Amateur traffic you will earn good money from his work by signing up to promote Dvtimes
I tried and failed to open an Epassporte account last month but Adultfriendfinder waded in and opened one for me within 7 days, the Epassporte Visa Electron ATM card arriving in the post 10 days later. Online activation of the card was straightforward and it worked immediately with a daily withdrawal limit twice that of Barclays bank without the scandalous charges (6%). If you want to open an Epassporte account, Adultfriendfinder will fast track you into their system. I have reset payments from the vast majority of my sponsors away from mailed cheques to Epassporte and the new automation has eliminated long waits for overseas post and saved me the hassle of currency negotiation fees.
Commencing July 1st. you will be able to advertise your program here on UKW for $25/month. 120 x 60 slots will be available right below the main title running from left to right across the page. If you want to occupy a piece of UKW ICQ me or e-mail info@ukwebmasters.info
New projects include priming new Webcam traffic via www.zippedsites.com and investing $200/month in a reliable traffic broker (wow!) for 6,000 physical clicks on targeted text links.

It's been a while. 0871 numbers were outlawed by ICSTIS in February and the pricks gave my provider 24 hours notice. I lost c. £400/month and a certain Suhail Bhat (sbhat@icstis.org.uk) owes me big time. You can read his (her?) comments by clicking here The holier-than-thou shite peddled by ICSTIS is pathetic, males want to pay for sex on the internet and they will pay for it by any means necessary so let them get the fuck on with it without being fucking nannied.
February 2006 will live long in the memory. At least £500/month went down the shitter when U.K. mobile telephone providers pulled the plug on their customers sending/receiving reverse-billed text messages to access Adult content online. Textbill stats flatlined overnight and I have seen just a couple of transactions in a couple of months because males will not call their provider with proof of age to remove content lock so they can access porn from their mobile phone. Not now, not ever.
So, £900/month to find. Not the easiest start to 2006 but a return to Clickcash pushing ifriends, a new look at Moneytree/Streamate, an 0908 number from Pixie Promotions and what with Password By Phone on the horizon, things can only get better. Other programs on the go are cams.com (old Streamray) and Adultfriendfinder (same biz) while Interclimax are set to make a comeback. The Sexybills site is looking a bit ragged but a quick look at www.thisislive.com shows that Verna are still offering U.K. surfers the chance to pay by
SMS to view camgirls with no mention on their site of the dreaded content lock issue, as can be seen loud and clear on Textbill for example. If Verna are still reselling free content from cams.com that's really o.k., but if they've found a way to circumvent content lock hell, even better! Imlive stats are awful. However much traffic I send them, numbers look wrong and sign ups are well nigh impossible to come by. I even tried PussyCash dating sites but it was a barren, joyless experience. A mini article on Sobonito Investments is upcoming.

I am being messed about by a trusted business partner who tell me repeatedly on ICQ that ...blah blah blah... they paid, eventually! Here's hoping that their new year resolution will be to pay on time next time and communicate in good time if any delays present themselves for whatever reason.
Adultcamdollars and Extasycams are the latest Webcam programs on the receiving end of UKW traffic. It's early days but Extasy's $0.49/minute deal for surfers who spend $100 (200 minutes) is a real incentive for Adult Webmasters to promote their site. Extasycams camgirl previews come in the form of a
popped console with a very eye-catching image transition script that will make it difficult for your surfers to leave without buying credit. Extasycams pay out a whopping 50% of every referred transaction, but at time of writing offer no Webmaster referral program :(
Sexybills have updated their flagship Webmaster area with customizable iframe promo tools, so if you want to push their girls, press here
Pixie Promotions issue 0871 phone sex numbers and SMS Adult chat shortcodes to U.K. Webmasters so if you want to make money, make the connection!
ARS terminated my account with some $360 owing for aggressive marketing tactics. Never before have I uploaded a page wherefrom surfers could gain free access to one site if they joined another, but I trialled the idea and they got shirty. Not a problem for me, just an experiment over one weekend that went awry.
One of my non-Adult sites took 15GB damage in no time recently, I am not sure what's going on over at Protgp but these attacks do seem to be ongoing. I had to suspend this particular domain :( More soon...
I am still looking for Webmasters to promote Text4cams & Webcamtext so if you have surfers who already pay you for your content by SMS, check 'em out - cheers!

If you own an Adult Webcams portal, Adult Webcams toplist or indeed ANY Adult Webcam-related site, add it to XcamseX - it's an up and coming UKW toplist and will soon be up there with the biggest and best of them!
Changes are afoot at Textbill and they're not all good. I fully expect them to rethink and reverse this week's tweaks to their SMS billing operation which will serve only to hamper good business relations in the longer term, bearing in mind the fact that UKW has become a window on their world for a large number of Adult Webmasters. It is without any shadow of doubt less than clever to charge Webmasters a hefty fee for requesting payment. More soon...
One of my Adult Webcam sites has been targeted by malicious persons unknown who racked up 6GB bandwidth inside 72 hours on one domain. 'This is bad people trying to do bad things', Protgp explained after I queried some pretty bizarre reporting. They replied at length later that day:
'The requests that are being sent to the server are for pages that are not in your site's domain. The senders hope to find an open proxy. From the look of these requests they want to use your site to help create denial of service attacks against other systems. The key to stopping this is to be able to tell good requests from bad ones. The obvious answer is that good requests are asking for a page that would be on your site, even if that particular page doesn't specifically exist. We are talking about what the best way to resolve this is. Technically I can think of about 6 ways to approach it, but am not sure which one would be best for the servers and our users. I am crediting you with an extra 12gig of bandwidth so you don't feel that we have to resolve this right this second.'
PROTGP Hosting
I don't want to rave on and on and on about Protgp but if you fall into the small to medium Adult Webmaster bracket you could do alot worse than host with them. Protgp have helped me out countless times and will bend over backwards to resolve a problem.

I have resigned myself to the fact that UKW is not an Adult Webmaster resource anymore, just another Adult Webmaster blog! Textbill have revamped their site and mirrored as Mibill for mainstream Webmasters so check them out now if you haven't done so already. They are fast becoming the de facto SMS billing provider in the U.K. and beyond as I predicted back in June, so if you have a secure members area and you are not yet offering your visitors access by SMS, you're losing money.
It has been very frustrating to see fellow Adult Webmasters signing up with Textbill to promote Text4cams and then do zero promotion. For my own 1,300 SMS conversions, affiliate Webmasters (12) have collectively failed to reach double figures. Text4cams converts with a little time, effort and application!
Imlive have been paying out a whopping $100 per sign up for what seems like forever. I have only ever referred one Adult Webmaster to Pussycash but he/she is earning $600-$800/month which is pleasing. Imlive is brilliant but know that Pussycash also own the Sex2go ($32 per sign up!) and Wild Match dating sites so read up on how their portfolio can bolster your income... today!
My Clickcash sign ups have recovered well since I started pushing the phrase 'free live video chat' (both as a domain name per se and as promotional text) to market ifriends. I have asked them to consider implementing a new navbar link listing every online chathost offering free chat (solely as a pretext to paid nude chat) which would undoubtedly create new possibilities for Clickcash Webmasters.
Adultfriendfinder's flat $30 payout per order hasn't really worked out for me, their percentage program is still the most reliable way to earn with them. Adultcashuk have done the right thing and joined forces with Textbill to bankroll their site 'Dirty Doggers' and I sincerely hope they scale out Textbill SMS billing across all their sites in the longer term. I have started working with Pixie Promotions who allocate 0871 premium rate numbers to Adult Webmasters who wish to earn £1.50/minute from mobile phone callers. The 0871 prefix resembles a local rate number so of course guys will call in preference to an 090, not knowing that an 0871 connection is much more expensive than standard premium rate numbers (some 090's cost just 60p/minute). Anyway, more about Adult mobile phone telephony and Pixie Promotions in the near future.
I an now in bed with KASTUDIO as regards my banner & logo graphic design needs, check her out.
Back! It's been a while.
Adultfriendfinder revamped their Webmaster area this week and are now paying out a flat $30 per order. I called Nancy to discuss rewiring my dating sites while popping the old percentage program affiliate code onexit, and we agreed that it's the best way to proceed for now. It's a test. If you think you can sell geo-targeted Adultfriendfinder subscriptions to your surfers from just $19.95 and bank $30 every time, now's the time to pay them a visit.
Adultcashuk are closing in on new billing options for surfers across all their sites - more soon...
If anyone can decipher the quite baffling stats interface at Globalcharge, hit me up on ICQ!
I think everyone has accepted the fact that Richard's board is finished. The new Beer and Bollocks venture is very vBulletin a la Netpond 2004 but it looks promising and Johny Traffic's in the mix there somewhere which is a good sign. Mike URLSX registered www.ukwebmasters.net and threw a pretty splash page online which I thought was set to replace UKW, oops... I mean www.adultwebmasters.co.uk as the de facto U.K. board but he's just picking up Beer and Bollocks referrals (beer) for now so I guess everyone's gravitating there until things settle down. I have been posting on Netpond this year which was interesting. Bree, Meat, Philip, Dane (brilliant posts, always) et al were great and Netpondcash is killer but their community isn't for me.
BEER AND BOLLOCKS! |
Phone Sex Money has kicked off at c. £50 a month, LiveJasmin is looking good and Camsense are still taking the 10% piss.
TextBill are based in London and their programming team set up SMS billing on a test site within 24 hours of my e-mailing them requesting service details. Conversions to the tune of £1,600 in 4 weeks and an excellent stats panel has meant building up contacts with private Webcam studios in Romania in order to use their live feeds as members content with access control provided by TextBill SMS billing. Thus far I have been using 'view only' live camgirls courtesy of Almighty Content, it's absolutely free which is a godsend. You can check out them out by clicking here
In the longer term I am looking at a move away from Webcam programs such as Clickcash and EZCams (Wegcash) to a scenario where I simply have to build landing pages with SMS billing and either Almighty Content (view only) or private Webcam studio content with chat. At time of writing I am negotiating a deal with a Romanian Webcam studio who charge just 8 euros/hour. For the record, a colleague of mine is emigrating to warmer climes on the back of SMS micropayments this year so come on guys, check out Textbill and smell the money!
The previously rock-solid Sexybills have gone quiet so I need a similar program ASAP to replace them until further notice. Clickcash is deathly quiet, again. UKW is pushing Wegcash and TopBucks' Webcam programs in an attempt to recover the deficit. I have opened new Webmaster accounts with Almighty Content and Adult Webmaster Empire to investigate new income streams.

Thursday October 14th. 2004 |
Well it's been 2 eventful months since I last updated UKW and there's been alot of comings and goings! I have been forced to cull pretty much all my affiliate partners until December at the earliest, I just don't have time to work with everyone at the moment. I am retaining Clickcash (site redesign! at last!), Sexybills and Adultfriendfinder which together gross over $6000/month. Adultcashuk, Wegcash and TopBucks have been great all year and I have no complaints but for now they're on hold, similarly the PD Media project which has been somewhat nipped in the bud. I am working on new sites from which I expect great things so I do need to put in the hours.
My Camcontacts promotion managed $105 in 10 weeks and a cheque is in the post lol, well, I gave it my all! Streamray (Legendary Lars) pay me something every couple of months on percentage but my sign ups have been increasing of late so I asked them to rewire my co-branded camgirl portal to their flat fee payout per verified sign up program instead and now they are paying me... nothing! My traffic has all but disappeared and sign ups have evaporated since the change. I cannot for the life of me work out why. TopBucks closed my account in September and reopened it again 2 days later with an apology. I explained to them that because my traffic was coming from domain redirects, stats will show sign ups but not hits, which cannot be considered fraudulent! Sexybills have picked up a bunch of new domains to market their SMS Webcams, text chat, sex chat and dialer services, one of which has been offered to me exclusively after I requested some new landing pages for their Streamray portal... thanks guys! I am thinking about changing hosts, if anyone is running with Exmasters or knows anything about them, drop me a line, similarly if anyone knows the outcome of USC 2257 after all the verbal diarrhoea on Richard's board, I need to know!
Oh how I raved about ex-Teenlander Louise Chambers! I called her about arranging a non-nude shoot with a photographer local to her in Kent but nothing as yet has been forthcoming. I also mentioned that I had been in touch with James Valentine with the intention of buying her old domain www.sara-louise.co.uk He's the chap behind Teenland and other similar sites. The idea was to redirect traffic from there to her ifriends page and pick up $40-$50 per free sign up. £1000 was agreed but he refused to broker the transaction through Escrow so there it ended, anyway, no progress was made with Louise whatsoever! She still has quality traffic hitting on her old site but what can I do? Her Webmaster Russ visited UKW a while back and signed up with Clickcash to promote ifriends on www.sarasworld.co.uk but he has since signed up a second time, elsewhere, with a different Clickcash account code to get her up and running as a chathost! I have tried in vain to find her on ifriends so... I GIVE UP!
Justin @ XXX Design has disappeared, if you e-mail him orders he ignores them which is a real pain in the ass when you've got multiple banners that need doing. Thankyou Justin! I knew I could rely on you. I have recommended him on UKW before, just ignore it.

Camcontacts! Unless www.bigcash.com pay out a flat fee per sign up in the region of
$20-$30 and so compete with all the other Webcam affiliate programs out there, I am sending my traffic elsewhere.
The pennies are rolling in but that's the problem, at 10% it will only ever be pennies. 10% of net is not good enough for my traffic. Great site, nice people, making bank from disenchanted Webmasters, no doubt. Whoever reads UKW over at Camcontacts... do something!
It pleases me no end to report that Adultcashuk have their brand new GBSC regional landing pages online, which means that UKW minutes via their Coulomb dialer will return to normal next month :) If you would like to earn some money from the GBSC regional sex contacts site, hit the XP banner above and get creative.
Camcontacts! Well it's been a month now and UKW has scooped $50! My referrals have wanted to know 'who is online now' 100 times, 13 card numbers have been stored of which only 4 are 'valid', and I can't wait for www.bigcash.com to make an appearance. 13 sign ups with Clickcash would add $535 to the UKW coffers but hey, given time Camcontacts will make bank! I'm hanging on their $3,000 per sign up sales pitch! Veramente!
A few part-timers on Richard's board were quite upset, nay, bereaved when I laid into Ynot with a vengeance a few weeks ago. I am still drying out my inbox. I have not read Ynot's replies which allegedly include e-mails from me asking to be charged for paid advertising on their site which I find totally mystifying. If a UKW banner did indeed occupy prime Ynot real estate for however long, I was never informed of placement, never informed of a start/end date, just never informed! In another lifetime perhaps I did order a paid slot on Ynot but if so, the counter on UKW flatlined for incoming from their domain for the duration of the alleged advertising period therefore... I demand a refund! Anyway, I have put my significant cock holster away for now and offered them a $200 freebie to expedite closure, yeah... aren't I sweet! Ynot have been all over Richard's board again this week asking folks to apologize for this, that and the other, for being described as 'FULL OF CUNTS!!', so on and so forth, complaining about one of their articles being published away from home without a link back which in the world they live in means breach of copyright lol. So, a B.I.G. 'THE WORLD IS SORRY FOR CROSSING YNOT, WE BOW DOWN!' Bring it on baby!
A quick phone call to Shauna at Adultfriendfinder set the record straight regarding order adjustments by members, chargebacks and their impact on Webmaster commission payments. From time to time new members erroneously check the $149.95 box instead of the $19.95 box (or similar) on sign up. In order to secure a refund they can have the transaction rolled back for credit. If AFF close the door on order adjustments, members in this situation have no alternative but to file a complaint. Adultfriendfinder chargebacks are here to stay.
How to improve the landing page on GB Sex Contacts was order of the day back in April. Adultcashuk had beta regional landing pages, new graphics and new ideas ready to roll but it all seems to have been a waste of time as GBSC is still just plain old GBSC! I know Chris is busy up there in the Potteries but I have 9 homeless regional Adult dating domain names with traffic just crying out for some attention! Help!
My Clickcash Webmaster referrals show Sarasworld signed up and ready to promote ifriends! (Sara-) Louise Chambers was THE non-nude teen glamour model on the net for 3 years until her www.sara-louise.co.uk content and Teenland galleries were taken offline in April. If she does get round to camming on ifriends and uses her latest venture Sarasworld to promote herself, she'll do very well. Go girl!
Gone! Offline! Forever? Noooooo! - January 2005 |
Just to say, July has been a fantastic month. While you're here, do check out the programs I work with if you can market Webcams, dating and dialers. Good luck!
I like Camcontacts, their no-frills navigation and super-low per minute
billing has always been there or thereabouts what with the more expensive but technically superior ifriends breathing down
their neck. For Mr. Puntersurfer Camcontacts is better than great, but for the rest of us the shambolic nonsense that is Camsense has been The White Elephant to poke a sharp stick at. Webmasters invariably access > 10 stat panels every day and each one must be optimized for fast access and accurate reporting. Take Clickcash for example, stats are updated on a continuous real-time basis and although it would be nice if someone over in Lake Worth designed a handful of 120 x 60 banners for Webmaster referrals, it's a done deal. I pretty much live at Clickcash Camsense on the other hand is in dire need of cohesive reporting and they try to 'nanny' Webmasters, most of whom are professionals, with 'wizards' and 'templates'. Ugh. I work with Clickcash who pay me a flat fee per free sign up as do Wegcash, Camsense pay Webmasters a piffling 10% of their referrals' expenditure. If they paid me $30 per free sign up I would go hell-for-leather promoting Camcontacts, but 10%? They have been around long enough now to afford their Webmasters rather more than that.
Mike @ URLSX, thanks for your patience re. UKW downtime :) and best of luck with your new venture! Adultfriendfinder are looking into the burgeoning trend of order adjustments by members (account downgrading for credit) and subsequent chargebacks which impact on Webmaster commission payments.
Adultcashuk tell me that none of the Webmasters who signed up to promote their sites from UKW have earned anywhere near their base payout of £50, to earn me... £50 :( My Clickcash Webmaster referrals show that a collective pittance has been earned. My Adultfriendfinder referrals show just one Webmaster with traffic earning perhaps £100/month at best. UKW has sent Sexybills a handful of referrals with zero traffic. Other referrals have fared poorly. I mean come on guys, there are a thousand legitimate ways to market any Adult website. Do you know anything about traffic and how to get some? Have you bothered to read anything here @ UKW? Of course, you already had a thorough understanding of how males use the internet before you embarked on your career as an Adult Webmaster, didn't you? A job online, like a job offline, is demanding. You need to put in the hours and you need to commit yourself fully to the task or rest assured, you will fail.
UKW has been offline for 3 weeks. Y? I suspended access following the head-to-head on Richard's board earlier this month. Any attempt by any person or organisation to defraud UKW by issuing fake invoices for banner advertising that has not been commissioned is confused, and legal action shall be taken against them. I do not need to pay for advertising on other Adult Webmaster sites. Free reciprocal links is the accepted way in this industry be they text or banners, and UKW is no exception. It's called sharing common traffic and we all benefit from the process somewhere down the line. UKW pays www.protgp.com for space, bandwidth and .com reg/renewals. UKW pays www.123reg.co.uk for dotcodotuk reg/renewals. UKW pays for expired domains as and when they drop. UKW pays a designer for freelance graphics work. If you have a problem with this, tough. The End.
Chris @ Adultcashuk has been working on their GB Sex Contacts site which has been profitable for UKW since late last year. Thanks to Chris, GBSC now boasts regional landing pages with a genuinely 'local' feel which was a big miss before the revamp. Each landing page rotates pics taken straight from that region's women-seeking-men personal ads, replacing the original stock glamour model photo.
Adultfriendfinder chargebacks have been at the back of my mind for some time now, well, priority since nigh on $600 chargebacks hammered my stats last month. Adultfriendfinder give members the option
to downgrade their membership (gold, silver etc.) if they so wish which impacts on Webmaster commissions. Most of my recurring memberships this year from $79 up to $200 have been downgraded some 4-8 weeks later, which has made checking stats a painful experience at times. I have e-mailed over my concerns and they are reviewing the matter. At the end of the day we work tirelessly to send quality traffic their way, surely it makes sense to disallow members the option to downgrade/allow upgrades only so Webmasters are not left disadvantaged and at the mercy of ultra fickle surfers! Adultfriendfinder are a
class act, but they could be perfect?
**UKW program stats and links will be updated in July | Thanks for being so patient**
UKW is experiencing the giddy heights of greater than one link partner. Thanks go out to all the Adult Webmasters who have taken time out to recip, cheers guys :)
I picked up a copy of .net at Stansted airport last week and an article therein detailing two
programs which purge all things trojan, viral et al caught my attention. Bitdefender and A-squared seem to be on top of their game in 2004 and £38 will get you a a rock solid system shield for 12 months. On my return from the U.K. £38 was duly paid and I have been impressed. The Bitdefender console and A-squared start center from where you configure and monitor all settings will enhance any desktop, but you're paying for mission critical data protection software and that's what you get. You can download trials, educate yourself about security issues and turn 38 quid into an investment from the two non-affiliate links I have dropped on to 'Tools Of The Trade' this afternoon.
Current Software Update (04/06):
Norton Internet Security
Registry Mechanic
CleanMyPC Registry Cleaner
Ad-Aware SE Professional
Richard's board has become tedious of late, infighting and backbiting has become the norm and any whiff of decisive commentary a distant memory so I registered with Megamasters, an informative and reputable board owned by 'Evil' Chris but my 'hello' e-mail seems to have passed him by. I do recall Richard replying promptly sometime last year when I e-mailed him to clarify one or two rules and regs on Adultwebmasters.co.uk :)
Verotel have suspended my Webmaster account (i'm not alone), so I won't be receiving their annual $100 cheque for my poorly converting non-nude teen text links. I have removed all Verotel links pending an update if they can get one out before closing time... Verdict: Misadventure
Recips. Mutual benefit. If you want me to list your Adult Webmaster site and you can manage a recip, just let me know and i'll add you within 24 hours. A 120 x 60 UKW banner will be available next week which reminds me, if you're in need of professional graphics work that won't break the bank run with XXX Design, and that's an official UKW recommendation. Click here to visit XXX Design
Toby @ Streamray has been a star for reissuing lost cheques without charging me (everyone else charges at least $10/cheque). My new(ish) Wegcash account is up, running, promoting and converting their Webcam sites, stats thus far show c. $250 earned in month one which for a tier two program is better than fair. Just a final thanks to Protgp (again!) for retrieving a copy of one of my sites which disappeared at the weekend after yet another Compaq N1015v crash. Many of you visit www.protgp.com from here but none of you are taking advantage of their silver service for Adult Webmasters so I say again: VOTE PROTGP! (but don't go anywhere near a Compaq laptop).

Pieter Van Tendeloo of Verna Web Applications contacted me
before Xmas with regard to upcoming Webmaster opportunities at www.sexybills.co.uk I am trialling their new site www.smsaxxess.co.uk and stats show c. 430 x £0.58 SMS micropayments in test week one (exc. rebills) which is according to Verna not all that bad. They tell me they are on the lookout for U.K. Webmasters so if you can make the connection between cardless dialer wary surfers and mobile phone credit, you're going to make money. Make contact with S E X Y B I L L S ASAP.
I am expecting to gross £6-£8k/PA from www.smsaxxess.co.uk and www.thisislive.com once things have settled down. It's early days but the signs are good and they may well become the best £terling payers with the best sites on the British block, even if they are Belgian!
I was scammed by some guy for
$55 this week, curiosity got the better of me and I paid to try out his cheap website traffic. I know everything about him now after researching his slyness. In my line of work $55 is air money but nonetheless, I stamped my foot in anger. kw: cheap website traffic, cheap-website-traffic, cheap-website-traffic.com, www.cheap-website-traffic.com, http://www.cheap-website-traffic.com adult traffic generator, adulttrafficgenerator, adulttrafficgenerator.com, www.adulttrafficgenerator.com, http://www.adulttrafficgenerator.com also trading on another site called adult traffic monster which is presently 404. The guy uses the name geohuck, geo huck & atmdude, atm dude. He's a con. He will rinse you.

The $965 Clickcash cheque I was harping on about earlier this month looks decidedly average now having raked in a whopping $2,650 last week. I am delighted to have flirted with $3k from one sponsor inside 7 days and for those of you who have yet to sign up as a Clickcash Webmaster and REALLY go at promoting live
camgirls, check the photographic incentive below. If only Clickcash paid me $2,650 every week! but I really shouldn't complain, this month will gross over $6,000 from ifriends sign ups alone so perhaps things are looking up after all, well, at least in camp Clickcash.

Ex-sponsor #1: Yesterday I received an e-mail from Sexyads demanding that I read and furthermore agree to their new TOS, print it off and then either fax or post the full revised draft to them in Australia by February 7th. or they will close my account and cancel all outstanding monies owed to me including Webmaster referral commissions. The story goes that they were paying Webmasters 50% of orders but the revised TOS deducts 15% of this amount for 'processing'. Sexyads say: 'Third party processor fees are split equally between both of us. We do pay 50% of the sales, then the processors take their piece from both of us'. So what. You know what? I just closed my account and lost a bit of cash in the process. Checking stats with Sexyads was always a merry-go-round made in hell, for some reason they use multiple systems (CCbill, Epoch and Ezyaccount) which made a simple task a royal pain in the ass. Ex-sponsor #2: I am sick and tired of the Eurodialer Webmaster area. Yes they are a good sponsor and yes they are nice and helpful guys but navigation is a real nightmare. I am sick of having to wade through ten tons of shite to get what I need from their site and that you have to invoice them before they pay up doesn't help matters. I am in the process of purging all links to Eurodialer sites and Sexyads.
I have been watching other Adult Webmaster resource sites with a keen eye this week and have noticed that one or two of them are making Xbiz news their own news to fend off the tumbleweed, my point being that surely most Adult Webmasters prefer to read Xbiz at source? Admittedly some of them 'review' affiliate programs, but what you will find is that these guys are using generic marketing material to earn referrals instead of recounting their own first-hand experiences of working with the progam or programs in question, good or bad. I think it makes more sense to read about sponsors on resource sites run by Webmasters who earn money from sponsors.
I know some people are of the opinion that I profit handsomely from Webmaster referral commissions,
well the fact is that I don't. I spend alot of time preparing what I write here and very little time coding the 20 or so Webmaster referral text links and banners. Rest assured, if this was my only site I would still be on the 9 to 5. I enjoy updating what you see, it's a welcome relief for me away from making sure that my main sites convert 24/7, nothing more. The challenge of waking up every morning with no guarantee of earning any money is where UKW is at.
I'll let Google U.K. AdWords Team have the final word: 'Also, if you wish to let us know when you have made the appropriate changes to your "ukwebmasters.info" site, we will then be happy to review your ad for you.' They objected strenuously to UKW links with Adultcashuk's dialer programs.
Last week's Clickcash stats show 29 free sign ups ($965, pats himself heartily on the back) although I did register a Webcam dotcodotuk over Xmas and worked my arse off between New Years Day and last night. I'll upload a photo of the cheque when it arrives next week. My Adultcashuk account improved in December managing 500 calls (> 2400 minutes) so get stuck in to their dialers and site portfolio ASAP if you like money. I have been using Pool in conjunction with Axandra's Link Popularity Checker recently. Pool
tag upcoming drops based on keywords you supply and charge $60 per domain which is fair play, but they did spam me when the name I eventually bought first became available.

Some of you have e-mailed me recently about traffic scripts and all of you know how difficult it is to register a busy domain straight off the bat. Unless you can use a third party API to backorder and then grab domain names as soon as they expire, which means being fairly well versed in Perl and ASP, there is no simple solution. Most Adult Webmasters (I hope!) can throw together a web page or two with some PHP, DHTML and Javascript in the mix, but to develop a server side domain name monitoring script from scratch is asking a bit much! A friend and fellow Adult Webmaster introduced me to Dropscripts earlier this year after he secured 3 domains and an extra 20k uniques/month using their Desktop Domain Name Monitoring Tool <-- click there!

Tuesday December 16th. 2003 |
There have been a couple of guys posting on Richard's board (December 14th. 2003) about which company to buy domains from and 123-Reg seem to be the popular choice, I too buy the occasional dotcodotuk from them as and when required. I have also used two other companies discussed in the thread, namely Network Solutions back in 1998 (too expensive) and then Sexco (Sizco) last year. Perhaps Fraudco would be more appropriate as they billed me twice in a month for an expensive dedicated hosting plan that I had not subscribed too. They did not refund me. Rated Hot also suffered at the hands of Sexco Sizco.
 |
I just want to say a few words about my hosting company Protgp, from whom I also buy my dotcoms and dotnets. I have been with them for 18 months now and their management of my site portfolio has been absolutely flawless. I won't go into great detail about what they offer as you can visit them at any time and find out for yourself, but know that their hosting plans are cheap and reliable, I have never noticed any downtime, I always receive an e-mail invoice from Protgp for every single purchase I make no matter how small and above all their staff are polite
and courteous.

An alternative pay per click advertising service exists in the form of Yahoo-owned Overture:
Overture will drive traffic to your website using 'pay per performance' smart search technology via MSN, Yahoo, Infospace, Altavista, Ask Jeeves, Freeserve and AOL. Their service was available long before Google AdWords came into being and it guarantees advertisers prominent placement on all the major search engines. Keywords are screened for relevance and then distributed across the top search providers to guarantee your website maximum exposure. Advertisers bid for search engine placement and only pay the bid amount when a consumer clicks on the listing.
Sounds o.k.?!
I am going to try out their Fast Track® program and to be perfectly honest, I can't wait to see the results after being approved, disapproved, reapproved and generally ****ed over by Google, and that was before the Netcollex revelations.
'Drive bottom line results to your website With one buy, Overture lists your site on the best portals and search engines, and you pay only for
targeted leads. This translates into a high return on your advertising investment. Sign up with Overture now!'
So there you have it, the blurb sucks but what they are offering looks solid enough. I'll be advertising two dialer redirects and one live camgirl site (ifriends and imlive) so here's hoping it all works out.

Monday December 8th. 2003 |
I don't really want to harp on about Google AdWords and the dialer issue, but
it has come to light that Netcollex (Sport Newspapers, powered by Coulomb) seem to be enjoying preferential treatment at the
expense of everyone else in the Adult dialer sector who pays them for advertising.
Dear Google U.K. AdWords Team,
I hope you are well.
I am writing to you today on behalf of the many AdWords customers known to me who work in the Adult dialer sector. They have expressed concern about the special relationship between yourselves and Netcollex (Sport Newspapers). I am of course referring to their ongoing AdWords dialer campaign which is in breach of your updated dialer policy.
Today is Monday December 8th. 2003 and the time is 07:49. I have searched for 'Dialer Access Sex Adult' on http://www.google.co.uk having checked 'pages from the U.K.' and the results show four AdWords page right, one of which links to a dialer via http://www.pornouk.co.uk. Pornouk also triggers 18 onexit consoles which link to the same premium rate dialer (http://dialers.netcollex.net/dload.asp?dload=l220939). All 18 consoles are owned and maintained by Netcollex.
On Wednesday November 19th. you informed me by e-mail that one of my AdWords had been 'disapproved, pending revision'. The site in question linked to Adult Webcams offering surfers the option of dialer access by way of a single onexit console.
Please re-read your e-mail to me on that day:
'Dear AdWords Advertiser,
This email is to notify you of a recent change in Google AdWords advertising policy. Previously, our policy allowed ads for websites that used or promoted dialers to run within AdWords under certain restrictions. However, in response to significant concerns from users, advertisers and partners, we no longer permit the inclusion of these types of ads in the AdWords programme.
Our records indicate that one or more of your advertised websites currently takes payment through the use of dialers, or promotes dialers. In order to continue advertising these websites using AdWords, please remove the dialers and all dialer-related links and content from your websites, and update your ad text accordingly. In one week, AdWords specialists will begin reviewing accounts for policy compliance and ads that are not in accordance with this policy
will be disapproved.
The integrity of the AdWords programme is very important to us. Our goal is to make the information seeking process more efficient and relevant. As a result, we cannot promote ads that interfere with users’ internet interactions or that may jeopardize trust in the AdWords programme. This change helps us to maintain consistent and fair
standards of review, and ensures that we continue to provide a high quality advertising programme that protects both our advertisers and our users.
We appreciate your understanding and assistance in ensuring that your ads and website comply with our updated dialer policy. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us at adwords-uk@google.com
Sincerely,
The Google U.K. AdWords Team'
Since the updated dialer policy you have indeed purged all AdWords linking to dialers with one notable exception, the Netcollex account. Netcollex are owned by the Sport Newspapers Media Group and their dialer campaigns have been approved by AdWords specialists whose task since the updated dialer policy has been to disapprove all campaigns that link to dialers or websites that contain links to dialers. Many of your customers have had to endure losses as a direct result of the updated dialer policy which does not appear to have affected Netcollex, who continue to promote Adult dialers unhindered and without competition.
Have you purged that competition in favour of Netcollex for a considerable slice of their dialer revenue stream?
You seem to be more than happy to promote ads that 'interfere with users’ internet interactions or that may jeopardize trust in the AdWords programme' if you are paid enough money and Netcollex, who own 92 sex shops and publish 25 top shelf Adult magazines, are in a position to do just that while at the same time denying everyone else the opportunity to advertise their own dialers on AdWords.
A number of established e-commerce forums that post industry news to many thousands of subscribers have shown a keen interest in your updated dialer policy and the Netcollex connection.
I urge you to reply by return.
Yours faithfully,
A Google AdWords Customer

Dear AdWords Advertiser,
Thank you for contacting us with this matter.
All clients who use dialers have been notified that we are no longer accepting dialer advertisers
on Google AdWords in accordance with our revised policy. All dialer advertisers have been given notice that they will be taken down. In rare instances we have some outstanding contractual obligations with existing clients that we are legally required to fulfill. All remaining dialers will be removed from Google shortly. Please feel free to respond to this email if you have any further questions or you can simply email us at adwords-uk@google.com. Thanks again for your message. We look forward to providing you with the most effective advertising available.
Sincerely,
The Google U.K. AdWords Team

The ways, whys and wherefores of how best to promote ifriends on an
established tranny site with exclusive content and converting traffic was on the agenda last week when I received a general marketing enquiry from a new Clickcash affiliate. 'He' lol wasn't overly keen on the idea of restructuring his index page to accommodate the ifriends Webcam portal however promising the outlook, so talk turned to Javascript tweaking and link management. I recommended onload and onexit consoles linking to the ifriends EPOS (free sign up page), considerate banner placement (on index if possible) and a 'Free to join' Webcams navbar link, indeed, anything that would not interfere with
or distract attention away from the parent site. I await the results with (fairly) bated breath! Affiliate marketing is about maximizing what works and modifying what doesn't. Whatever niche you are working in, rotate your banners, update your content and keep your page templates dynamic at all times.
 |
My average weekly pay from Clickcash is c. $450, ergo the cheque receipt above is a little below par.
I was expecting to write about Sextronix as having killer converting sites but since signing up to their generous affiliate program some 2 weeks ago, I have been made aware of only one conversion! Their niche sites are fantastic, their own site is fantastic and I do love the take on Flash Gordon but there's something missing.

Google AdWords. I pay them for a little box page right on their engine and what do I get? Long winded e-mails explaining why my little box has been taken offline ('disapproved, pending revision') and what I must do in order to get my little box back online (like i've really got the time). My most recent gripe with the Google U.K. AdWords Team concerns their new and updated policy on dialers, and I quote: 'Our records indicate that one or more of your advertised websites currently takes payment through the use of dialers or promotes dialers. In order to continue advertising these websites using AdWords, please remove the dialers and all dialer-related links and content from your websites, and update your ad text accordingly.' Excuse me? Are they asking me to change my code in order to be 'accepted' as a paid listing when they have the arrogance to list other Adult dialer sites on their search engine for free? More soon...

The immediate problem for U.K. Adult Webmasters is that we are trying to make money in the midst of a record sterling high. If you are paid in U$D you will be well aware of the fact that the value of your exchanged dollar cheques has been decreasing pound for pound in 2003 with no end in sight. Until we can replace our current U.S. paymasters with reliable U.K. programs the problem will not go away, but will we be in a position to rely solely on domestic programs in future if this trend continues?
I was also wondering who everyone banks with and how long it takes for their U$D cheques to clear. When I pay cheques in to my Barclays current account on say a Wednesday morning, they are posted off for currency negotiation that afternoon and by Thursday evening will show as cleared for withdrawal purposes.

My Adultcashuk stats are showing 900 minutes @ 50p/minute in just 21 days since inception so check them out and see what they have to offer. Some interesting stuff lies at the end of their Coulomb dialer, GB Sex Contacts in particular has great conversion potential for U.K. traffic.

Many Adult Webmasters pay small monthly subs for a wide range of 'add ons' including counters, boards, so on and so forth. They will charge in the region of $5-$10/month for basic set up and go and they don't like it when you leave. They make it fantastically hard for you to part company with their rebilling cycle without extracting that last drop of cash from your account, ergo if you cancel in June, they will try their damnedest to rebill you in July by ignoring all requests for account closure until the rebill has been secured. UKW would like to thank Xsorbit and Extreme-DM for all their help. |
